crybaby - melanie martinez
𐙚⋆°｡⋆♡°❀⋆.ೃ࿔*:･♡︎༺☆༻♡︎
as much as i hate to admit it, the cultrual impacts, the lyrical craftmanship of this albums is insane. yes, i know melanie isn't the best person (not exactly sure what she did, but i mean, i'm pretty sure it was bad). yes, this albums is equally as insane. as a kid who just discovered the internet, crybaby was the intro into having indivuduality and learning about my own emotions. also just insane points for the amount it carried og gacha life, yes the glmv's were amazing.

HOT PINK - DOJA CAT ♬⋆.˚
oh, where do i even start. 12 absolute bangers in a row from doja cat at her peak. even if bascially every song she makes is fire, this albums sticks out for it's unapolgetic nature and fun upbeat intrsumentals. huge nostalgia for some in quarantine. peak of sex music. extreme cunt. litterly no notes.

MEZZANINE - massive attack
mezzanine was my intro intro the trip-hop genre, and there was litterly no better album for it. trip hop in itself is already an amazing genre (read more here) but nobody does it quite like massive attack. mezzanine specfically carries a dark, eerie vibe that makes you just scared enough that it's enjoyable. every song is like 5 minthe layering, the beats, the tones, everything is perfectly mended togther to create a unique and beautiful sound.
